SERVICE POLICY OVERVIEW

COMMUNICATION
Primary communication is handled through EMAIL so be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folders for any missed correspondence.

PAYMENTS & SERVICE PROCEDURES
• A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer (1/2 of total estimated cost) is required to book services and to begin any work
• Designs come with at least 1 sample and 2 included revisions; additional revisions are billed hourly
• Sample(s) will reflect DNT’s logo/watermark until remaining balance is $0.00
• Completed projects will not be released until design is paid for in full
• Completed projects will not be released until any required license agreements/contracts are signed and returned
• DNT accepts all online transactions through PayPal; having a PayPal account is not required
• No Refunds are offered at this time

STEPS TO INITIATE DESIGN PROCESS

1. Read and accept DNT's SERVICE POLICY by completing the form below
2. Wait 1-3 business days for DNT’s email response which includes service details & projected estimate
3. Review provided information and submit any additional questions/comments to confirm estimate
4. Once estimate is agreed upon, submit 50% payment through PayPal link provided by DNT
5. Wait 1-2 weeks from initial payment to view first design sample
