So I was cleaning out my desk drawer and I found a sketch I did back in 2006. It’s of a little girl holding a present larger than she is. How cute!

A series of similar sketches were used as greeting card covers.

Seeing this sketch reminds me that I need to hand draw a lot more.

Pricing a Logo

A general rule of thumb to determine the cost of a professionally designed logo is to consider the time spent in research & development, the level of logo quality produced, the transfer of rights and of files plus the expected life span of the final logo design (well thought out logos have a life span of up to 10 years). Factoring in all this, an individual or small company should be prepared to pay anywhere from $300 to $1500 for a premium quality logo.

Site Re-Launch!

I’ve spent the last few weeks updating the layout of my website. So if you’ve been here before then you’ll notice all the changes. If not, then welcome! In the process, I also took the liberty of moving my blog back to wordpress… again.
